Lena Tolkien - Senior Clinic Care Co-ordinator

Lena is our Senior Clinic Care Co-ordinator and joined the Everlief team in January 2016.

Lena also has her own practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist: www.tolkienhypnotherapy.com.

People mainly come to Lena for help with:

• Anxiety and Stress

• Medical Hypnotherapy such as Gut Directed Hypnotherapy for IBS (as recommended by NICE), Chronic pain, Needle Phobia, help during cancer treatment.

Qualifications:

• MSc in Occupational Psychology

• BSc in Psychology

• Dip Med Hyp (Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy)

• DSFH (Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy)

• HPD (Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma)

• Certified in Solution Focused therapy and Trauma therapy.

Previously she worked in IT and brought her family up.
