Fees and Cancellations
Clinical Psychology
Our hourly rate is £148 and nearly all therapy/follow on sessions are one hour.
Your fee includes post-appointment e-mail support (for non-urgent issues – we will respond within one working day) for up to one month after Everlief’s face-to-face contact with your child (or yourself) finishes.
For initial assessments a one-off fee of £345 is payable. This covers:
• the 80 minute face-to-face meeting;
• any necessary telephone calls, for example to a GP or school (only done with your full consent)
• a detailed report outlining the psychologist’s understanding of the difficulties, and recommendations.
Clinical Nurse / CBT Specialist Appointments
Our hourly rate is £118 and nearly all therapy/follow on sessions are one hour. Your fee includes post-appointment e-mail support (for non-urgent issues – we will respond within one working day) for up to one month after Everlief’s face-to-face contact with your child (or yourself) finishes.

• the 80 minute face-to-face meeting;

• a detailed report outlining the psychologist’s understanding of the difficulties, and recommendations.
Educational Psychology Assessments
These assessments are £830 plus travel (£40-60).
Reports for EHCNA purposes. Many of our reports have been used where there is a delay in processing the EHCNA. As we need to add in additional information there is a surcharge of £140 for assessments designed for this purpose.

Stand-Alone Cognitive Assessments
Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children – Fifth UK Edition (WISC V) cognitive assessment including detailed report – £550.
How to Pay
We accept payment by BACS transfer, cheque, credit card or debit card (preferred).
Medical Insurance
For all insurers, please check with your provider what is included in your policy.
• WPA and Cigna – Fully accepted
• AxaPPP – Accepted although there is a top up to pay for the initial assessment as they do not cover the extended appointment or report
• Vitality – Accepted although there is a top up to pay for all appointments
• BUPA / Aviva – I’m afraid that we do not work with BUPA or Aviva as their fees are too low and they do not allow parents to pay the difference.
Cancellations
Please contact us as early as possible if you have to cancel an appointment.
Cancellation for clinical assessment or follow on appointments
We will not charge you for clinical cancellations or moving appointments, unless you give us less than one working day notice. To help you we will send an email reminder 48 hours before so that you can let us know if there is a problem. This is not something we like to do but as we will have reserved the space for you it will not be possible for us to offer the time for another family with such short notice. We will always try to find alternatives such as zoom or for the parents to use the time instead of their child.
Clinical Cancellation rates:
Therapy sessions or initial therapy assessments - 1 hour
DISCO or DISCO/DIVA - £250
Parent ADHD session: £250
School Observation: £125
Child DIVA/QB - £75
Parent DIVA: £75
ADOS: £125
Cognitive assessment (WISC): £125
Cancellation for educational assessments
• Please contact us as early as possible if you have to cancel an Educational assessment as the Educational Psychologist will have set aside a whole day for your child.
Clinical Cancellation rates:
1-2 working days notice: £250
Less than 1 working day: Full fee
