Chelsea Henderson - Assistant Psychologist

  • Chelsea is an Assistant Psychologist based in a residential children’s home, where she works closely with young people who have complex neurodevelopmental needs and present with challenging behaviour.

  • With an undergraduate degree in Health and Social Care, Chelsea went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Health Psychology, where her passion for understanding and supporting psychological wellbeing deepened.

  • Chelsea’s journey into this field began through volunteering with St John’s Ambulance, where she came to appreciate the meaningful impact that care and support can have.

  • Chelsea has developed a strong interest in tailoring psychological approaches to better support young people with learning disabilities and communication needs.
