Other Local Services

If you are a young person and worried about your emotions or well-being, there are lots of sources of help out there. If you want to come and see a psychologist at Everlief, we would first need to speak to your parent or carer. There are also other people and organisations who can help, which you may also want to consider:
  • Your doctor (GP). Your doctor is often the first port of call if you are worried or feel you may need help. They may help you get access to services which can help you, such as
  • CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service), which are local teams run by the National Health Service, and consist of psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and other professionals who can help you. /child-and-adolescent-mental-health-services-camhs-more-information/
  • Counselling – there are many different youth counselling services, which your GP will know about
  • A private psychology clinic such as Everlief.
