PayPal is an American-based global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Our arrangement is with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. & Cie, S.C.A. Online money transfers serve as electronic alternatives to paying with traditional paper methods, such as checks and money orders. Everliefclinics Limited will not store your credit card details.  PayPal have their own Privacy Policy governing their collection and usage of your credit cards information and to transact payments on our behalf.  We urge you to read their policy to confirm you accept and understand how they use and hold your payment information to pay for goods and services on our website. Their Privacy Policy and governance standards are extremely secure and robust.
  3. We keep a record of all of your bookings with us, this means that we can assist you more quickly and deal more effectively with any problems that you may experience with your booking.  It also means that we can deal quickly and effectively with issues should they occur.
We additionally retain all email correspondence that you have with us.  This helps us to keep track of any dialogue we have with you and means that we can quickly deal with any problems or concerns that you may have with our products or services. How and when we may share your personal information

We will keep your information confidential and will not share any written information with anybody, including your child’s GP, without your permission. However, if your GP or another professional referred your child, at minimum we would need to write to them to let them know we have seen your child, and whether we are going to continue to treat her/him.

The exceptions to the above rule would be:

  1. Risk of harm: If we perceived that the child, or someone else, was at risk of harm. If we needed to breach confidentiality for any reason (and this is very rare) we would always discuss this with you first unless in an emergency situation e.g. we felt the child to be in immediate danger
  2. To comply with applicable laws; respond to governmental enquiries (or enquiries from a legal, governmental or quasi-governmental or local authority agency); comply with a valid legal process or procedure; or protect our rights or property

We will store the information provided through the website at least for the duration of any customer relationship we have with you, or as otherwise required by law (normally up to a maximum of 7 years for legal and tax reasons).
